Replacement & Refund Policy
Please Call on Customer Care Number +91-8309412517, within 7 days, from the date of delivery in case item delivered is found defective. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
In case of Following situation arises on exceptional basis, the exchange, the return or refund of maoney may be executed on case to case basis decided finally by Just Dogs Management :
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged in transit
- Products was / were missing
- Wrong item was received
- We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, The Pet Care shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
The following RULES apply to this Policy
Certain consumable items will not be returned or refunded, the list of such items include in case the seal is found to be broken. The list of such items includes food, grooming products, supplements, dog apparel, beds, car seat covers etc
In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to The Pet Care within 3 days from the time of delivery.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, customer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account.
Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts at The Pet Care.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

Shipment & Delivery Policy for Products
Shipment & Delivery of our Products is Currently available only in India and to the domestic (India) buyers. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Some Ordered Items may be needed to Procured from the Vendors , So our Turn Around Time for despatch is 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. We take services of Courier Company / Post Office for Delivering of the shipment and thus, they play important role in Delivery Date subjecting on their Norms.. The Pet Care endeavour would be to make the delivery time as quick as possible, but Just Dogs is not liable for any delay caused in delivery date by the courier company / postal authorities. Just Dogs Guarantees Only the Hand Over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment OR as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). The Pet care is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Please note Our Charges: Shipment Charge of Rs.89 is applicable on every order.
Customer requires to pay at time of delivery receipt the applicable Octrai Charges as per state governments rules to the courier delivery person.
